Leaked Mobile Phones

As well as the Samsung Eltz we have been able to lay our hands on a new budget slider phone from Samsung, codenamed the Samsung Marcel.

Planned to supersede the Samsung J700 the Marcel is priced slightly higher and has a 2MP camera and 2.2 inch screen. We liked this phone for the price but it’s not going to capture the worlds attention when it’s released next week.

Samsung are planning to launch 11 new handsets at next weeks Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and we’ve been lucky enough to see a few of them already.

One of the best mainstream (mid-priced) handsets we saw was the Samsung Eltz S7220 (pictured below). Samsung are releasing this next week and this is the first time it’s been seen online.

The Samsung Eltz will have a 5MP camera and a 2.4 inch AMOLED screen as well as a-GPS, MP3 player and expandable memory.
